SYSTEM AQUA RETURN POLICY

At System Aqua, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process easy and hassle-free.

1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them. Products should also be in the original packaging with all tags and manuals included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Equipment built to order.
  • Items listed as non-refundable

4. Initiating a Return or Cancellation
To initiate a return or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Rejected Returns: If the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted, or the return may be rejected.
  • Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel your order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@system-aqua.co.uk.

7. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except where the item is faulty or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
